Answer: Our offices are based in Vancouver, Canada. However, our servers are located in Philadelphia, USA.

Question Title: How long have you been offering hosting as a service ?
Answer: We originally started providing VPS hosting as privately as during our testing phase in February 2011. We
officially opened to the public in May 2011.

Question Title: What type of hosting services do you provide ?
Answer: We provide VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting. This type of hosting is an affordable way to have your own
server without renting out an entire dedicated machine.

Question Title: Is there a specific reason why you have chosen to provide those particular services ?
Answer: We realized that there is a need for an affordable server. Most of the time servers cost upwards of $50/month
and we noticed that an affordable solution is required.

Question Title: What level of support do you offer for your clients? Email, ticket system, live support, telephone support, other. ?
Answer: At the moment we offer support via Live Chat, Email, and Tickets. We are working on a 1-800 toll free numbers
to offer support with in the near future.

Answer: Our ideal clients are clients who have some knowledge of how to use Linux. Because of servers are unmanaged
the client must know how to install software and harden the server. However we do provide support for free if
required.

Answer: I recommend people to look for a host that has friendly staff and uses high quality hardware. As a client you
want to be treated kindly and have your business on high-end equipment to prevent downtime and issues in the
future.
