Service was fine until I had a problem. For some reason racksrv didn't get my emails and so, assuming I was being ignored I was forced to
rent a server elsewhere - got to look after my customers. I moaned about racksrv on twitter and they got all aggressive - called me a "sad
and twisted individual" and hinted that they would sue me. This is all public domain - look for yourself, then make up your own mind......

We run a very transparant and honest outfit and our VPS packages are *clearly* advertised as
unmanaged.

Our support remit covers hardware and network ONLY. Clients get full and instant access to
console/reboot/re-install and are expected to be able to install and maintain their software themselves if they do not take out a management
package.

We have absolutely no intention to mislead our clients and hence make every effort to highlight that the service is
unmanaged as quite honestly, our pricing would be unpoffitable if management was included as we make zero comprimised in our hardware and
network (i.e. no overselling, period!).....

Unmanaged VPS servers come with no support at all, now i have a vps server that refuses to do anything.....

We currently use RackSRV for our dedicated servers and couldn't ask for any more. We've never had any problems that they haven't been able
to sort out and they have gone far beyond the call of duty for us.
Don't bother looking around for a more affordable service with
such a high level of customer service because you just wont find one!.....
