I joined Hostwinds about two months ago and their service is AMAZING. I have had 0 downtime to all of my sites, and only a few issues which
the support was quick to help me on. I am not sure how Amanda could even begin to complain, maybe they have just improved since her time. I
love Hostwinds!!!.....

In one word: AWFUL. had a dedicated server for almost 8 months. Kept crashing down and the support were clueless on how to help. I upgraded
it a few times, but their hardware kept crashing down. Asked for a pro-rated refund per our agreement, and they refused. they closed my
hosting account on their own behalf, and refuse to repay me in any way......
