Have to say Brilliant service from Ian - moved my site very quickly and gave clear updates all the way through and fixed a couple of issues
I had with my store also! Feel at last I have somebody on hand who knows about cubecart and responds to quetions quickly.

We had been running a CC store on a shared hosting package, at one of the well known 'low monthly payment, domain name for life, ideal
starter package' type hosts. This worked well for about a year, but we noticed that the bigger, and busier, we got, the more problems we
encountered - site offline, running very slow, customers unable to complete payments before timeout's occured etc.

We decided
to move to a more professional hosting arrangement, originally thinking of our own virtual server - but I then contacted Ian at Havenswift
Hosting, and discussed with him the problems we were having, and what we were ideally looking for. He suggested a package for us, which was
at a very reasonable price and held our hands all the way through the migration process doing much of it for us completely free of charge
!

All in all, I cannot recommend Havenswift hosting enough. Excellent quality of service at reasonable rates. What more could
you ask for ?.....

Had excellent service from Ian at Havenswift. Had major problems with my store, partly due to the database being set up wrong by my previous
host and partly down to errors in the CubeCart search engine. Ian worked directly with Alistair at CubeCart and got the problems sorted. I
would recommend Havenswift to anyone who needs a host with good CubeCart support......

I contacted Havenswift Hosting when I needed to have some minor issues sorted out with my Cubecart site. They came very highly recommended
and I soon found out why: they offer fast, courteous expert service at reasonable prices. This is incredibly hard to find. Other companies I
had dealt with in the past all failed on at least one of those important points and did not deliver what they promised. The difference in
the way Havenswift handled that first small job they did for me was so striking that I did not want to settle for anything less than that
level of professionalism ever again. So I left my previous web hosting company and moved my website hosting and all my business to
Havenswift. The only regret I have is that I did not know about them before - I would have saved a lot of time, money and headaches. They
are simply the best!.....

Havenswift does what it says on the tin. It is operated by a small group of dedicated experts who are obsessed with customer service. I
recently had the dubious pleasure of experiencing a zombie attack on my office computers coupled with a monumental stuff up by BT at the
same time. It was extremely dificult to pinpoint and rectify but with the help of the Havenswift team we eventually sorted out what could
have been - and nearly was - an unmitigated disaster. These guys rock! Superb customer service ethic. Best small hosting company I have
ever used.

Havenswift Hosting....I wish I had come across Ian, Angie and the team years ago, they are just fantastic...nothing is too much hassle for
them...you want 9-5...yes they cater...you want 24/7...these are the guys. I have 2 sites designed and hosted with Havenswift and couldn't
recommend them enough. Very friendly and very switched on people.

When we decided we wanted to split our business and start having specialist websites covering different areas, we had no hesitation coming
to the team at Havenswift Hosting to take a copy of our current site, make the changes for the new branding and then extract all of correct
data. We had no downtime, all the correct products were migrated, a new category structure defined and we were up and running in no time at
all. Fantastic !.....

Havenswift Hosting migrated our old OSCommerce store, including all customers and products, and even designed the skin of the new CubeCart
store to match how it was on the original site so our many customers would have a familiar look. They have designed and written many mods
that we have asked for and we would have no hesitation recommending them for any E-Commerce store.....
