Answer: We have 2 locations in the United States. One in Washington and one in Pennsylvania.

Answer: Our servers are currently located in the United States with future expansion into Europe. We currently have
clients hosting internationally.

Answer: We initially started out hosting gameservers and small web hosting to gaming clans, we now have been dedicated
to Web Hosting for over one year now.

Answer: We currently offer a wide variety of hosting services such as shared hosting, reseller hosting, master
reseller hosting, SSL certificates, domain registrations and renewals, VPS servers, dedicated servers and
voice servers.

Answer: We want to offer our customers a One Stop Solution for all their online presence.

Answer: We are always looking to improve our services we provide and take in consideration of what the market offers
to what the customer really wants and needs.

Answer: We acquired over 100 new domains this year.

Answer: We do offer the standard email-ticketing system as well as online lice support and recently added a toll free
1-800 number to our belt as another layer of customer service.

Answer: Our main goal is customer service. With good customer relation, a business will grow on it own. We have been
dedicated to Web Hosting alone this past year and our client base has more than tripled.

Answer: Anyone that wants to offer an online presence within the laws of the US Government.

Answer: Do your reviews!! Search for a hosting company that offers great support as well as reliable servers. We
carefully monitor our servers daily and have outsourced another company to monitor them as well.

Answer: Web hosting is an ever changing industry. The future will be totally online relying on web hosting companies
in one way or another.
