Answer: we have been providing Hosting since 1996
Ask questions: What type of hosting services do you provide ?
Answer: Everything from a single DNS zone for a domain name, through standard shared hosting, VPS and dedicated
servers, as well as colocation, cloud and backup/disaster-recover hosting.
Ask questions: Do you plan to offer different hosting services in the future ?
Answer: As client requirements and technology changes, we adapt the services to exceed the needs of our users at all
time.

Answer: Over 100,000 domains are hosted across our entire network

Answer: Our primary support channel is through the online ticket system, so that everything is written down, tracked
and managed, to improve the end-user experience. However we also offer live-chat, telephone and email support.

Answer: Year on year we continue to grow and now actively acquire other ISPs, Domain Registrars and Web Hosts we feel
will add unique services and products for our clients

Answer: Our favourite type of client are the small business and startups/entrepreneurs that see the potential power of
the internet to produce a profit for their business
Ask questions: What advice and tips would you recommend to help people find the perfect host for them ?
Answer: Work from your list of requirements to make the choice, dont fall for the undeliverable promises of hosts
offering "unlimited" (all servers/services/hosts have limits - the reliable hosts publish them, the scammers
lie and offer "unlimited" disk and transfer)
Ask questions: What do you think the future of hosting in general will bring ?
Answer: There will be a split between the successful ecommerce sites moving to their own dedicated servers and
load-balanced clusters vs the hobbyist sites which will shift to the lower performance, lower price, and lower
speed "cloud" hosting services.
As more and more people get internet-enabled phones, fast delivery of the data/content becomes crucial, both
for the end-user who wants the answer and wants it now, and for the mobile phone operators who need the data
to be small or their networks will crumble under the strain.
Basic, simple, clean and few-or-no graphics websites will be those used most often. Flash and Video will
just be for "amusement" websites not business websites.
