Answer: Canada

Ask questions: Do you offer a local, national or international hosting service ?
Answer: We primarily target businesses in our region, however our web hosting service is easily usable by clients from
the US, Europe or Asia as well. We have several international customers that really enjoy using Orpheum,
appreciate the Unrivaled Support Team's dedication to service/support, and we're ready to pop up servers in
new locations when the need arises.

Ask questions: What is the URL to your hosting services ?
Answer: http://orpheum.ca

Ask questions: How long have you been offering hosting as a service ?
Answer: We've been in business since 2006, but we completely changed our web hosting server infrastructure over to the
Clustered Hosting Platform in the fall of 2010.

Ask questions: What type of hosting services do you provide ?
Answer: At the moment (August 2011), we offer clustered web hosting and managed servers.

Ask questions: Is there a specific reason why you have chosen to provide those particular services ?
Answer: We chose to do shared hosting differently because we were tired of cheap web hosting providers offering poor
support, lagging behind on software updates, and providing poor control panel experiences. We thought there
was an opportunity to disrupt the market, and so far that's proven to be a big reason for people to choose us
over the competition.

Ask questions: Do you plan to offer different hosting services in the future ?
Answer: Yes, we're planning on offering virtual private servers (VPS), SIP trunks and possibly hosted VoIP in the near
future.

Ask questions: Roughly how many domains do you host at present ?
Answer: Approximately 100.

Ask questions: What level of support do you offer for your clients? Email, ticket system, live support, telephone support, other. ?
Answer: Email, ticket system, live chat, phone, text message, Twitter and Facebook.

Ask questions: How do you see the future for your hosting business ?
Answer: Very bright! We continue to bring in new clients every week, and the team is very dedicated to building a
great web hosting provider that will be in business for a long time to come. We refuse to deliver new services
unless they work 100% as expected, and deliver great value for our clients.

Ask questions: Who are your ideal hosted clients ?
Answer: We have a vision of hosting mostly freelancers (artists, developers, etc) and small/medium-sized businesses,
and position our services appropriately, but we're open to all kinds of folks that need web hosting.

Ask questions: What advice and tips would you recommend to help people find the perfect host for them ?
Answer: Don't let yourself get raked over the coals. Hosting for a single site and some email addresses *should not*
cost you $15 or $20 a month unless you're getting thousands of visitors every day. Don't be afraid to test out
the pre-sales communications via live chat, email or phone either - that will give you a good indication of
how well the company treats you after you become a customer.

Ask questions: What do you think the future of hosting in general will bring ?
Answer: A lot of consolidation amongst smaller web hosts as they get bought up by larger hosting companies, and a
diversification in services available. VPS may eventually fall by the way side to cloud IaaS, but there will
always be a need for VPS hosts... maybe just less of them in the future.

Ask questions: Are there any further comments you would like to add ?
Answer: Only that you should *always* be happy with your web host. If they don't communicate with you, make changes to
your account without notification, or don't seem interested in helping you grow in some way, give your money
to someone else.

Ask questions: Would you recommend hosting-reviews.co.uk to other hosts ?
Answer: No way... why would I let other hosts in on the action? ;) Just kidding... of course!

Ask questions: Can you suggest any improvements or features you would like to see added to hosting reviews ?
Answer: A better-looking design would be nice, but I like how things are laid out.
